RESUME
Cet article explore l’intégration des pratiques de gestion des connaissances (KM) dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement (SCM) d’une entreprise multinationale de services informatiques basée à Rabat, Maroc. Il met en lumière comment le KM facilite l’optimisation des processus de SCM en renforçant la gestion des informations, la collaboration entre les équipes, et l’amélioration de la performance organisationnelle.
À travers des entretiens semi-directifs avec les managers de l’entreprise, l’étude examine les pratiques courantes de KM et leur impact sur la visibilité, la réactivité, et l’agilité des opérations logistiques. Les résultats révèlent que l’intégration du KM permet non seulement de résoudre les problèmes techniques plus rapidement, mais aussi d’améliorer la flexibilité de la chaîne d’approvisionnement face aux demandes fluctuantes du marché.

ABSTRACT
This article explores the integration of Knowledge Management (KM) practices within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) of a multinational IT services company based in Rabat, Morocco. It highlights how KM facilitates SCM process optimization by improving information management, team collaboration, and organizational performance.
Through semi-structured interviews with the company’s managers, the study examines current KM practices and their impact on supply chain visibility, responsiveness, and agility. The findings show that integrating KM not only enables quicker resolution of technical issues but also enhances supply chain flexibility in response to fluctuating market demands..
