Victor Mignenan
Dr. Victor Mignenan was appointed Acting Head of Department of Management and Commercial Techniques at the University of Moundou-Tchad from 2011 to 2013. He was the president of the examination board of the Faculty of Science and Technology of Enterprises of the University of Moundou (Chad).
A graduate of the Pan-African Institute for Development, Central Africa Region, Douala-Cameroon, Victor Mignenan holds a Higher Diploma in Strategic Planning. He also obtained a PhD in project management from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi in 2019, with the jury's "excellence and congratulations" honors.
Dr Victor Mignenan began his career as an assistant at the University of Moundou (2008-2010), then as a permanent contract teacher at the same university (2010-2017). He was a lecturer 2MAN115: principles of contemporary management at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, respectively, at the winter 2016 and winter 2018 sessions. From 2019 to 2021, he was then a lecturer in Mathematics, Science & Technology and The Personal High School Orientation Project, 1, 4 and 5 at École Wiinibekuu School, in the Cree community of Waskaganish (Quebec).
He participated in the 88th Congress of acfas, entirely virtual, in the symposium 403-Management of organizations, in section 400- Social Sciences, from 03 to 07 May 2021, as an author speaker of free communication, in the sequence: entrepreneurship: new challenges and social perspectives, with the theme: "Collective intelligence and entrepreneurial resilience in the context of covid-19".
Dr Victor Mignenan founded the Bureau d'Études et d'Expertise pour le Développement Intégré in 2009; he developed the computer technology project for Students in Mathematics and Science, for the benefit of secondary students 2, 3, 4 and 5, of the Wiinibekuu School, (Waskaganish/Québec) from January to June 2021.
Dr Victor Mignenan has published seven peer-reviewed articles and has participated in the development of numerous collective works in the field of project management and local development. In June 2019, he published his doctoral thesis on the theme: "management model of innovation and technology transfer projects", via the constellation at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC). Most of the articles published are open access and can be accessed via google scholar by introducing "Victor Mignenan".
Dr Victor Mignenan was entered on the honour roll at UQAC in 2017 and was selected for the Governor General of Canada's Gold and Silver Medal Competition, class of 2017-2018.
