Résumé

Cette étude se propose d’analyser les enjeux géopolitiques du phénomène des mineurs marocains non accompagnés ou séparés en Espagne, au regard du rôle frontalier des deux pays voisins marocain et espagnol. Elle permet d’examiner la nature transnationale de la gestion des migrations dans un contexte du clivage nord/sud du bassin méditerranéen, à travers le cas maroco-espagnol, qui représente l’illustration type du contrôle des flux des mineurs isolés marocains entre leur pays d’origine le Maroc et l’Espagne terre d’accueil.

Dans le cadre des migrations contemporaines, le transnationalisme des migrants est confronté à la gestion transnationale des migrations, ce qui conditionne la situation des mineurs marocains non accompagnés entre le paradoxe des approches sécuritaires et humanistes des migrations.

THE MIGRATION OF UNACCOMPANIED OR SEPARATED MOROCCAN MINORS TO SPAIN: A SOCIAL PHENOMENON WITH MULTIPLE REPERCUSSIONS

Abstract

This study is intended to analyse the geopolitical stakes of the phenomenon of unaccompanied or separated Moroccan minors in Spain, taking into consideration border role of the two Moroccan and Spanish close countries. It allows us to examine the transnational nature of the management of the migrations in a context of the North-South cleavage of the Mediterranean basin, through the case Moroccan-Spanish, which represents the typical illustration of the control of flows of Moroccan single minors between their country of origin, Morocco, and Spain host land.

Within the framework of the contemporary migrations, the transnationalism of the migrants is confronted with the transnational management of the migrations, which conditions the situation of unaccompanied or separated Moroccan minors between the paradox of the security and humanist approaches of migrations.
